Done-for-You Content & Copywriting

Creating marketing copy doesn’t have to be painful. If you’re wasting time and energy trying to write your website copy, you’re missing out on other aspects of your business that require your attention.

If you’re planning to build your website but don’t know where to start, or if you already have one but it doesn’t work as well as it should, you need a clear strategy.

It’s not enough to have a beautifully designed website when it’s cluttered with irrelevant information that won’t impact your sales.

Sounds like something you need? Let’s discuss how I can help.

Crafting Your Brand Story

When someone asks you what you do, do you ramble or struggle to find the right words to say?

You need a clear, concise branding message to tell your prospects what you do and how you do it differently.

Customers today are inundated with too much information. When you confuse your prospects, you lose them — forever (maybe).

You need to have a succinct message on how you can help solve a specific problem that they have.

Copy Editing and Review

Do you have an existing website that needs to be updated? Want to improve your website copy and start impressing your prospects and customers?

You need a comprehensive copy review. I’ll check for everything — from typos to illogical sentences to errant commas — and recommend how you can structure your content so that it will be optimized for lead conversion.

What clients say

  • “I hesitated in writing this review because I want to keep her a secret. But good lord, Janis was just marvelous! It would be utterly unfair not to give her the review she deserves. I have high standards when it comes to outsourced articles. I don’t settle for less than my money’s worth. But Janis just exceeded my expectations! She consistently submitted high-quality, well-researched, and engaging articles. She was a complete joy to work with. I would definitely work with her again (so please don’t flood her with more work. Just kidding!). Hire her! It would be the best decision you’ll ever make on this platform.”

    Tony T., Publisher
  • “Janis helped me edit different types of marketing collaterals, from video scripts, blog posts, and social media content. Writing has never been my strength — I only started writing when I started my own business.
I often struggle to find the right words to communicate my ideas, and this is where Janis has helped me immensely. She edits and improves my copy without losing my ideas or my writing style. She helps me produce quality content and in the process, she also helps me build my confidence in my own writing skills.”

    Lean M., Entrepreneur
  • “For four years, Janis has been helping me draft compelling business letters and other legal documents for our company. She has helped me write documents that are clear and concise, which are crucial in running our business. She helps me communicate what I need to say.”

    Teresa O., Accountant
  • Janis demonstrated impressive writing skills essential in creating excellent copy for my design portfolio site and LinkedIn. She’s highly knowledgeable in Design and Marketing.

Janis helped me explain and communicate my intricate design process and services to my clients, and crafted copy to win over future clients. She’s a professional and an expert in her field. I’m truly grateful for her help.

If you need a great editor or copywriter, I highly recommend her.

    Aya M., Creative Entrepreneur
  • “Very happy with what we come up with. We’re looking for a design that makes our brand easy to remember and I think we delivered on that. I also got a lot of options to choose from and to combine ideas. Only thing I might be missing but definitely could be learned, are the context and reasons why you have preferred a design based on what could work and not work. I love that we we’re guided by key questions which made it easier for us to decide where to focus.”

    Rye B., Business Owner
  • I worked with Janis in Business Development, Marketing, and Sales (at Remotely Philippines). She is the kind of person who puts in 101% effort to make things right and achieve goals. She has many ideas that create a meaningful impact in whatever she does. Janis is extremely dependable and very proactive. She is not the type of ordinary employee who simply does what is asked; she always strives for what she believes is best for the company. She is very professional and has a big heart. We had great work experiences that I will surely miss, and I hope to work with her again in the future.

What’s your process?

After you fill out the contact form, here’s what will happen:

0. Discovery Call — Before we start the project, I’ll invite you to a quick call so we can get to know one another better. We’ll discuss what your goals are, and see if we’re a good fit.

1. Project Briefing — The next step is outlining all the project requirements. I’ll send you a contract containing all the project details — the scope, timeline, deliverables, and other important details. If needed, I’ll send a questionnaire for you to fill out so I can prepare an in-depth creative brief.

2. Content Development — At this stage, I’ll work on your project within the agreed-upon timeline. Regardless of the length of the project, you’ll receive weekly updates from me so you know that everything’s on track.
Once done, I’ll send the copy for your approval. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do up to two rounds of revisions.
